The reconcile expenses dashboard allows you to assign approved expenses/bills added directly to Xero as costs to existing projects and production jobs in WorkGuru. This is useful if you use Xero integrations such as Dext, Hubdoc etc for expense management.
Search for a relevant expense, select the required project or production job in the Project to Match dropdown and click Assign to Project.
NOTE: The reconcile expenses dashboard will display ALL non assigned expenses in Xero, including ones that do not have anything to do with projects (power, rent, leases etc). You can remove these from the dashboard by Skip this Invoice button to keep it relevant to project/production expenses. You can see view skipped invoices by clicking the Show Skipped Invoices link.
