This integration allows you to use your SuiteFiles account as a document and file storage solution alongside WorkGuru. Once connected, files uploaded or emailed to WorkGuru will be automatically uploaded to SuiteFiles under a root folder selected during initial setup. Files uploaded to SuiteFiles can be accessed both through the SuiteFiles platform as well as through a modal popup on the details page for the relevant source document (i.e. Quote, Project, Client) within WorkGuru. Files that have been uploaded can be opened within SuiteFiles in order to leverage their online tools for real-time editing.
Currently WorkGuru will continue to store the original file with edits made in SuiteFiles only affecting the file within the SuiteFiles platform. Both versions of the file can be downloaded via the source document details page within WorkGuru.
