Due to limitations with the limitations accessing the data of the WFM API, we can import the custom fields, but cannot populate them with data via the API migration tool.   However we do have tools available to populate these fields easily post migration.

Client Custom Fields

Client custom fields must be export from WFM using the WorkflowMax report builder.  It is assumed you would use the Criteria (step 3) section of the report builder to refine the WFM export to match your imported client list.

• WFM Report Type - Client and Contact
• WFM Report Layout - Table

The export requirement is simply the client name and the custom fields.

The WorkflowMax export is then mapped to the WorkGuru import template fields as follows.  Note: The header for the custom fields in WorkGuru need to match the custom field name exactly.

Projects

Project custom fields must be export from WFM using the WorkflowMax report builder.  It is assumed you would use the Criteria (step 3) section of the report builder to refine the WFM export to match your imported project list.
