Products can be managed from the product dashboard (Products -> List Products). Search for any product info displayed on the dashboard and open the product detail page by clicking the product Sku. Use the Active and Inactive tabs to view active/inactive product lists.
You can administer your products from the Actions menu:
- Add Product - Add a new product.
- Import Products - Import multiple products from a csv file.
- Export All Products - Export the full list of products (Active and inactive).
- Advanced Export - Selectively export subsets of products.
- Price Tiers - Create and manage alternate product pricing.
- Import Alternate Suppliers - Import alternate supplier details/pricing in bulk from a csv file.
Clicking on the product Sku will open the product detail page.
The detail page will display product information across the following tabs:
- Overview - Primary product details.
- Price Tiers - Alternate product pricing.
- Par Levels and Locations - Reorder levels and physical location in warehouse(s).
- Alternate Suppliers - List of alternate suppliers the product is purchased from with pricing details.
- Files - Files uploaded to the product such as brochures, manuals etc.
- Notes - Internal product notes.
- Purchase Orders - List of purchase orders the product has been purchased on. (Only available if purchased)
- Stock Sales - List of stock sales the product has been dispatched on. (Only available if dispatched on stocksale)
- Production Jobs - List of production jobsthe product has been used on. (Only available if used or produced on a production job)
- Produced In - Displays the production jobs which produced the product if the product is an output.
- Component In - Displays the list of production jobs which the product was used as a component.
- Potential Outputs - Displays a list of the production templates which the product is a component.
The detail pages functions are:
- Edit Product - Edit product details
- Copy Product - Duplicate the product details to create a new product.
- Create Purchase Order - Raise a new purchase order for the product.
