Yes - You can build a template where the line item (task/product) quantities are based on a per meter unit (eg to build a metre of fencing, it is x hours and y products). WorkGuru allows you to apply quantities of templates for example, 150 (150 * metre Rate = 150m) and WorkGuru will multiply out the quantities correctly for you.
