The WorkGuru report builder lets you build custom reports and add them to your reports dashboard to be used by the rest of the team. To get started, navigate to the Reports page and click the Add Custom Report (beta) button in the top right hand corner of the screen.

  1. Select the report type you would like to build.
  2. Select the columns you would like on the report. The columns available are based on the report type. When selected, the columns will be added to the Report Selected Columns card. The order of the columns on the card is the order they appear on the report. To change the order, click and drag the column to the desired spot.
  3. Optional: select the report criteria if required. The retrieved data will be filtered based on these criteria. For most use cases, this isn't necessary.
  4. Enter a name for the report, then click Save Report

The report will be saved to the Reports page and can be found in the card relative to the report type:
