Invoice - Add Description field to Files Tab

Good morning, 

Can we please have the description field box to add additional text, like we do in other modules.  

INVOICE / FILE - no option to add extra text 

PURCHASE  ORDER / FILE - option to add text

If possible, can both of these show the upload date, like we currently have in:

PROJECTS / FILE UPLOAD - shows upload date & user name
