Share (default and custom) Reports with Certain Users

The capability to personalise and distribute reports to specific users or roles within the organisation.


For instance, tailoring a project report with a filter applied to the staff field for employee XYZ, then sharing the report with that particular user, enabling them to view data exclusively pertinent to them.

Any reports not saved in the 'My Reports' section will be visible to other users as long as they have the permissions to access those report "types". In this way customised reports can already be distributed by the users copying that custom report, making any changes they want and saving it in their 'My Reports' tab if it's specific to them.
