Customer spaces out content within the description box of tasks and products. When on the main project page, the description loses format so data is shrunk together making it hard to read.

The "feature" which I believe should be requested is to be able to use an input box everywhere, like I am using when adding this comment using (e.g.) the Froala editor. This should apply to every description that can be output including Custom Fields, please

It would be great if it would keep the format when adding in new lines as well on a project level.
Currently, you can add a new line and when you save it ignore the line break
