Could we have a "Project Created" added to the Notifications list.
When a project is created we need to make sure the Warehouse people and Admin/Ordering people know to check the new project.

This can be done with the New Workflows automations.
Event -Project Created,
Conditions - None
Actions - Send Project Email -
