Considerations for Adding Feature Requests in WorkGuru

We love getting feedback on how to make WorkGuru better!   Before posting a request please review the following:

  1. Make sure you have searched the forums - there is good chance someone else has thought of the same thing!  The WorkGuru team are active on the forum and will reply to posts with updates or to point you in the direction of a workflow solution already implemented to fulfil your request.
  2. Make sure you like existing requests - this will help us prioritise what features to implement first.  Duplication will slow down the process.
  3. We always try to be as transparent as possible, and the team who are reviewing your request are using the following rules:
    1. Will your request break WorkGuru for existing users or workflows?
    2. Does your request require a separate version of WorkGuru?
    3. Can we implement your request in a way that makes it useful for more users or workflows?

If the answer is 'No' to all 3 rules, there is a good chance your idea will be added to WorkGuru.  The time-frame around this is then dependant on how complex it is to implement and/or how many clients are asking for the same or similar functionality.  Unfortunately a 'Yes' to any of the rules will mean the request will not be considered.
