Write time and costs on/off

I would like to be able to write time and costs on/off when drafting an invoice, for the timesheets being billed under each task to clearly show name, date, description, and for there to be an option as to whether they're billable on this invoice, carried forward into the next period, or written off. 

In relation to costs, to have the function to bill, carry forward, or write off, would be hugely beneficial. Currently, when reconciling a job it is murky as to what has been written off or is yet to bill.

also, having a tab within the invoice that shows the timesheets invoiced - it is a nightmare trying to reconcile this when clients query their invoices!!!
