Estimated Billings Reports - breakdown of time and costs within report

We want to be able to pull an estimated billings report where we can drill down to the time and costs incurred on the project. Currently, this has to be pulled one by one, by going into each individual job, or we can pull a summary of the billable hours and costs incurred on a job - neither of these options are practical in producing the level of information we require.

I have attached an example of the level of detail we are requesting which provides clarity around exactly which time and costs form the total "estimated bill", the tasks the time has been incurred against, and the timesheet narration.
