Currently if there is any Notes or files uploaded to a quote and a project is created from the quote, none of the files or notes that were uploaded to the quote come through - meaning that these need to be manually inserted if trying to keep notes and files consistent across stages.
Suggest that the Notes/Files that are uploaded to a quote will either automatically automatically transfer them to the next stage or have a checkbox to enable this (E.G. Enter a lead Lead note > transfers to Quote notes > transfers to Project Notes > transfers to Invoice Notes and the like)

Our Team would like to see the Project Description be transferred automatically onto the Invoices and Purchase Orders.
This is being manually entered and time-consuming.
The Client/Supplier only has the Project Number to refer to and means nothing to them.
