THE RFQ at the moment is attached to the project system. My suggestion is that a "Request for Quote Module be attached to the Quote Stage. This is where most of the information and costings for the job are done. Once the information within the quote is entered. This could then be sent out to multiple suppliers for quote using a similar module to the PO System and all quotes recorded against the PO which will then flow onto the project.
It would be a similar system to the project Materials list which can be sent for PO's however in the quote stage it would be sent as a request for Quote. This would keep all costing information gathered within the quote.
