Hello WorkGuro development team,

We know you are developing a contact-harmonising interface for HubSpot (as informed in "WorkGuru Support #12937 - How to sync WorkGuru with an existing CRM").

We want to encourage parallel development with other major CRMs in use, such as FreshSales from FreshWorks and several of the other leading CRMs ( here is a recent article: https://www.forbes.com/advisor/business/software/best-crm-software/ ).


A business' CRM platform needs to be the truth/bible for all references to a customer's engagement.  Much like WorkGuru uses FreshWorks for their support platform, when you combine it with FreshSales, you can have a single customer reference point for all team members to use.


WorkGuru is not designed to be a CRM, though it would be terrific to harmonise it with third-party CRM platforms, without needing to understand how to use webhooks and APIS for small businesses that do not have internal software developers.


We invite other users of WorkGuru to contribute to this conversation and feature request.
