We’re a manufacturing business running multiple projects across different trades, and there’s one key piece missing from WorkGuru that would make a huge difference: A clear, real-time view of team capacity — both short and long-term.
At the moment, the Staff Schedule shows what’s already booked, but it doesn’t give us a simple way to see how much capacity is still available per team (e.g. Cabinet Makers, Installers). Without that, forward planning becomes guesswork — and that’s just not good enough when you’re trying to manage workflow weeks or months or even years in advance. An example is attached.
We’ve tried the Staff Board, but it seems very data heavy and doesn't add up all the spare capacity.
What we’re asking for:
A clean view of overall team capacity vs workload
Something fast and accessible that can be used in real-time
If you’re also feeling this pain point, we’d really appreciate your support. Give this post a bump, add a comment, or throw in your vote. The more of us that push for it, the sooner it becomes a priority.
