Quote Details - Summary Costs by Phase

The Quote Details screen summarises revenues by each phase. It would be handy if the associated costs were also summarised by phase (adjacent to revenues) instead of having to click on the blue crosshair to find the total at the bottom of the phase list.


We sell packs of materials to builders. The admin team uses data from detailed estimate worksheets (quantities and costs by phases) to populate WorkGuru (via Project Templates) in order to send quotes to clients.  These are then turned into projects and associated purchase orders to suppliers.


Prior to finalising the quote, the admin team reconciles the costs to make sure there are no data entry errors. Sometimes there are errors. If they could see the total cost of each phase at a summary level, it would help them to identify the phase they need to review rather than having to go into each phase separately and look at the total at the bottom.
