To speed up the process of printing quotes, as at present this is very time consuming as have to do 1 at a time and have to add up multiple quotes manually using an excel spreadsheet to get a grand total, then manually entering information which can lead to errors.
Would be good if the below could be achieved
1. Print multiple quotes in 1 go instead of 1 at a time when having 20-30 quotes it takes a lot of time
2. Summary that totals all the individual quotes with a grand total
Could this be done through Lead Tracker as each quote is attached to a lead enquiry with a tick box to pick which quote numbers are to be printed
Create a generic preliminary and general page that can be edited and attached to each lead or be part of the lead when created
have a tick box to choose which quotes are to be printed
Could a report be generated for leads ticked and to print a summary sheet at end with A. Quote number B. Quote name C. Individual Quote total D. Grand total at bottom
