We would like to have the ability to add timesheets to Leads and or Quotes. Majority of the time there is a lot of background work or surveys / paperwork that occurs prior to the Project converting or us being awarded and we are wanting to capture that time spent. A great example would be for a Tenders.

Agree. There is often loads of time spent on Leads, but no good way to track it. There is a workaround whereby you have a generic "pre-sales" project which you allocate time to, then do a bulk reallocation, but that relies on having some sort of indicator that "hey, this time sheet is related to that lead". It's too manual.
