Is there a possibility of adding a couple of features related to task “To Do’s”.
Requested feature 1 - At the moment the staff allocation in a Project sits in the overarching task, within which you could have multiple team members allocated. However, could it be possible to add a feature so that when we do have a larger team working on the same task, we have the option to allocate a ‘To Do’ to a particular member?
This would be particularly helpful when:
•We have a staff member with a specific skill set that we want put to use rather than another team member also allocated to that task.
•We have overarching tasks that have very long lists of To Do’s. It would be preferable to keep the long list of ‘To Do’s under the task and only allocate when needed, and not have to separate the ‘To Do’s’ into individual tasks so they can be; allocated, ensure they don’t get forgotten, and make sure unbillable tasks don’t accidentally get included in an invoice or quote.
Requested feature 2 - If the above request is possible, could we also request another feature in the ‘Workflows’. If you could allocate a ‘To Do’, it would be good to have a feature so that you could set up a notification letting the person allocated know that has happened.
