To add a timesheet to a project via a the kiosk:


  1. Open the kiosk from this URL: https://app.workguru.io/App/Kiosk
  2. Click on your name and enter your PIN.  Your PIN is setup in the Administration -> Users.  Click Login
  3. Select the project from the Project dropdown and then select that project's relevant tasks from the Task dropdown you want to add time against.
  4. You have two ways to capture your time in the kiosk:
    1. Time Entry
      1. Click on Start Time field and choose the date, hour and minute.   You can click on the time or enter it manually into the field.   Repeat for Finish Time.  Then click Submit Timesheet
      2. Click on Finish Time and choose the date, hour and minute. You can click on the time or enter it manually into the field.
      3. Confirm the kiosk has calculated the time duration correctly in the Length field and add the relevant timesheet notes in the Notes field and click Add Timesheet
      4. Click Done - Go Back to Kiosk to log out.
    2. Job Timer
      1. Click on Start Timesheet button. This starts a timer locked for your login to that project and task.
      2. Click the Done - Go Back to Kiosk and start working on that task
      3. When you have finished the task of work.  Log back into the kiosk you will see that the project and task drop-downs will be locked - this indicates the timer has been started.  Click End Timesheet
      4. Confirm the timer has calculated the time duration correctly in the Length field and add the relevant timesheet notes in the Notes field and click Save Timesheet
      5. Click Done - Go Back to Kiosk to log out.
    3. There is also a shortcut if you are using the same project and task combination throughout the day.   Clicking Resume Most Recent will automatically select and start the timer on the last project and task you saved.   You can end and submit timesheet as per the normal timer functionality.
