To add a timesheet to a project via a the kiosk:


  1. Open the kiosk from this URL: https://app.workguru.io/App/Kiosk
  2. Click on your name and enter your PIN.  Your PIN is setup in the Administration -> Users.  Click Login
  3. Select the relevant project you need to add time to from the Project dropdown and click Add a Timesheet
  4. You have two ways to capture your time in the kiosk:
    1. Time Entry
      1. Click on Start Time field and choose the date, hour and minute.   You can click on the time or enter it manually into the field.   Repeat for Finish Time.  Then click Submit Timesheet
      2. Click on Finish Time and choose the date, hour and minute. You can click on the time or enter it manually into the field.
      3. Confirm the kiosk has calculated the time duration correctly in the Length field and add the relevant timesheet notes in the Notes field.
      4. Click Done - Go Back to Kiosk to log out.
    2. Job Timer
      1. Click on Start Timesheet button. This starts a timer locked for your login to that project and task.
      2. Click the Done - Go Back to Kiosk and start working on that task
      3. When you have finished the task of work.  Log back into the kiosk and select the same project.   You will see that the project and task drop-downs are now locked - this indicates the timer has been started.  Click End Timesheet
      4. Confirm the timer has calculated the time duration correctly in the Length field and add the relevant timesheet notes in the Notes field.
      5. Click Done - Go Back to Kiosk to log out.
