If you have a large product database setup in WorkGuru, but only use a smaller number in the workshop or kiosk location, you can use the Show on Kiosk flag in the product settings to define explicitly what users see when using materials on a project within the kiosk.
To toggle the flag go to Administration -> Products -> List Product -> Edit Product
The show on kiosk flag can also be updated in bulk via a csv update using the ShowOnKiosk header with it's row content being TRUE/FALSE.
