Creating a form template is similar to the other document templates in WorkGuru.  The form template is a Microsoft word .docx template which can be populated by the relevant fields required from the WorkGuru document template field library and fields specific to your form.

The formatting and layout of the form is defined explicitly by how you create the .docx document.  WorkGuru can provide field data by using the standard field notations such as [ProjectName] with form specific fields specified by adding Form before the form field name within square brackets such as [FormFieldName].
