The stocktake dashboard allows you to add and review previous stocktakes conducted in WorkGuru.
The dashboard will display the details of the previously applied stocktakes, such as name, dates, warehouse and stock value adjusted. It also allows you to manage the stocktake with the following functions:
- Mark as Sent/Mark as Unsent - Control if the change in stock on hand value will be sent through to Xero as an adjustment journal.
- Download - Downloads a copy of the count sheet used to create the stocktake.
- Force Recost - Recosts every movement for every product in that stock take, for that warehouse, with the relevant FIFO costing.
The stocktake is also logged in the FIFO product's stock movement history.
