With the Ezzybills integration setup with your WorkGuru, you can also upload expenses (receipts or invoices) in the field directly through the WorkGuru mobile applications.

Once Ezzybills is integrated, you will see the Upload a Receipt option available in the popup menu accessed by clicking the plus "+" icon from the homescreen.

Select the project you want to add the expense,  type a not if required and upload the following:

  • Browse and Upload a File - Select any file from the device's file system.
  • Take a Photo - Launch the device's camera application if available to upload photo's directly to the project.
  • Choose Photo from Gallery - Select pictures from the device's gallery/camera roll if available.

The expense will then be sent to Ezzybills for processing, which will then be added to the selected project as a purchase order once processed successfully.
