Adding New Client Contacts

Client contacts allow you to track multiple people or departments at a particular client. A client can have multiple contacts, which can be selected or added to the relevant transaction.


Add a contact to an existing client from the Client Overview section of the client details page. On the Contacts tab, click Create a New Contact:

From the add a contact screen, fill out the fields:

  • FirstName - Contact first name
  • LastName - Contact last name
  • Email - Contact direct email
  • Phone1 - Contact landline number
  • Phone2 - Contact mobile number
  • Position - Contact role/position
  • Notes - Contact notes

Repeat the Create a New Contact process to add multiple contacts as required.
