When you select an Email action for your workflow, there are a number of merge fields available you can use so your emails can dynamically compose with contextual information. This is similar in concept to the standard email templates. Available merge fields can be used in both the Subject and the Message body of the email action.

In addition to all the standard email template merge fields you can use with your email actions for project, quote, purchase order triggers etc, the following workflows specific merge fields are availble:
