WorkGuru allows you to personalise your user account details via the My settings from the my account menu.
This allows you to update or add to your individual information which was initially added when you user account was setup by the WorkGuru Admin.
You can update everything including the username used to log into WorkGuru. You can also enable 2 factor authentication for your account which will run you through the steps of setting up Google Authenticator so it provides a 2FA key.
