The Kiosk settings let you manage specific settings assist with the most efficient use of the WorkGuru workshop kiosk.
- Earliest Clock on Time - Timesheets entered on the kiosk BEFORE this time will have their start times rounded up to this time.
- Latest Clock off Time - Timesheets entered on the kiosk AFTER this time will have their finish times rounded back to this time.
- Round Kiosk Start/Stop Times - Rounds kiosk Start/Stop times up to nearest 5/10/15 minutes when saving timesheets. Setting to 0 will disable the rounding so the exact time is recorded.
- Default Break Project - Enables a dedicated Start Break button in the kiosk to automatically select the non-billable break/lunch/smoko project defined here.
- Default Break Task - Enables a dedicated Start Break button in the kiosk to automatically select the non-billable break/lunch/smoko task defined here.
- Set Project to Last Worked - If True, will pre-select the project of the last saved timesheet in the project dropdown.
- Require Pin at Kiosk Login - Toggle PIN requirement. If False, the users just have to click on their name to login to the Kiosk (speed vs security).
- Return to the Login Screen Immediately After Time Sheet Start - If True, will log user out as soon as they click the Start Timesheet button in the Kiosk.
- Enable search on project list dropdown? - Toggles visibility of the search field in the project dropdown. Useful if the kiosk device has a keyboard and their are lot of projects in the list.
- Enable search on task list dropdown? - Toggles visibility of the search field in the task dropdown. Useful if the kiosk device has a keyboard and their are lot of tasks in the list.
