Adding stock/material usage in the WorkGuru Android mobile app is easy directly from the project's screen or directly from the home page by tapping the + icon and selecting Add Stock Usage.
Search for and select the required project to track the stock usage against.
Enter the stock usage details:
- Products - Search for the required SKU or Name and tap Product List to select the product used on the project.
- Stock On Hand - Displays current stock on hand for the selected SKU. Note: You cannot use products that are not available.
- Quantity - Enter the quantity used on the project.
- Description - Add an optional description. Useful when adding expenses such as travel etc.
