The WorkGuru mobile application lets you quickly upload files from your device to your projects. From the app home screen, tap Projects.
Search for, or scroll to select the required project you want to download or add files. Tap on the project tile to open the project details:
Tap on the Files tab of the project details. You can review existing and download files to the device by tapping Download. If the users have the relevant permissions, you can Delete files via the red trash can icon.
Tap the green plus "+" icon to add a file from the app. Enter your Description for the file if required and tap the upload option required.
You can type a file description and upload the following:
- Browse and Upload a File - Select any file from the device's file system.
- Take a Photo - Launch the device's camera application if available to upload photo's directly to the project.
- Choose Photo from Gallery - Select pictures from the device's gallery/camera roll if available.
