WorkGuru Release Notes - 30/01/2023

Features

Timesheets

Daily timesheets can now be uploaded when settings are set to daily and templates are correctly formatted. Please see here for full details https://support.workguru.io/support/solutions/articles/43000611862-importing-timesheets

Projects

Added a check (tick) to PO line items that when hovered over with cursor will display PO status information on projects page
A tick has been added to indicate partially paid invoices on the project invoices table

IOS & Android

Added ability to search by SKU and name on stock usage page
Added ability to search by project number and name on add timesheet page
User permissions are now enforced on the project page whereby only permitted users can add stock usage or mark projects as completed

Bug Fixes

Reports

Fixed date range period dropdown on reports to correctly calculate last month/ quarter
Fixed special characters breaking exports on reports and filtering on reports in-platform

Timesheets

Fixed timesheet costs not being permission-bound on project group details page
Fixed permissions behaviour issue on Revert To Draft button on weekly timesheets
Fixes applied to Timesheets user interface

Purchase Orders

Fixed linked purchases not being shown on merged PO details pages
