Link to add Recurring Project from Project Template

Hi,

Could we please have a link from the Project Template screen, to ADD as a recurring project.

If created as a recurring project from within the Project Template, it will auto-fill fields that it can.

This will cut down on a lot of duplication as most of our project templates are recurring.
