Would like to be able to edit/update custom fields on purchase orders for tracking. example an international order may be paid for but not shipped so a custom field to show the status is approved, the PO is paid and "shipped" custom date can be added post production. currently we can add this but need to open end edit the PO which then reverts it to unsent. Clicking to update on the PO list is preferable.
Also the date for the corresponding status eg approved 1/10/2026, received 5/10/2026, when in draft - created 20/9/2026, emailed 25/9/2026 etc
