Project template - add in task staff allocation to view mode

Good morning, 

When in project template view, it would be good to be able to edit the staff allocation without having to edit first. 

When in view mode for project template, you cannot see if any staff have been allocated to tasks.  

Is it possible to be have this visable from the view screen & maybe even edit without having to go inside the template?
