Ability to drop add attachments outside of Workguru when emailing

Hi, 

Presently, any attachments to be sent with an invoice or purchase order pull from the Files Tab for Project/Purchase order.  

I would be great to be able to add in additional attachments saved on our own drives. Eg. add in our T&C's.
