Some of the clients are raising a concern regarding Mark Up percentages in quotes disappearing after saving it. They want this to still reflect on the quote details so they'll be able to know the mark up percentage they have previously added when they visit a quote they saved. Is there any way we can fix this?

Hi, Michael. Sorry, let me rephrase it clearer. Markups are working as intended as a tool. What clients are after is if they can have this stored as a reference so when they edit quotes or revise them it will be visible for them to adjust the % accordingly with an ease of historical reference. Currently markups % is only available as a tool, when other members of their team jumps in there's no basis unless they recompute based from the sell price and cost price reflected.

I've escalated this to the team to have a look at as I can't replicate the issue you are reporting. However, the first thing I would check is to ensure the clients are using Google Chrome (currently our only supported browser) to ensure full compatibility.
