It would be nice to be able to have the ability to have a file (for example, trading terms PDF) to every quote without having to manually add it for every quote.

Hi Nathan,
Our recommendation would be to do this in your quote template documents. You can append your trading terms to the end of the template, to ensure that they get sent to everyone when a quote goes out.
