A number of clients are raising a similar need for a report to show all projects (regardless of the status) and its true WIP or Total Actual Billable of the project less invoiced and its actual cost. This would include POs and PO lines, materials used that aren't included in the forecasted project, and actual time on the project less whatever is invoiced. The closest report I can see that is useful are below but with limitations:
Project Project Progress Summary - but doesn't have Purchases
Estimated Billing by Line Item - but doesn't have completed projects (even with positive WIP)
Project Forecast VS Actual - but doesn't Total actual billable
WIP Actuals - also doesn't have completed projects nor is showing a line item breakdown
Understand that you would encourage clients to export and generate a custom report for financial summary or management reports but this one is quite common across multiple clients we have. Thanks!
