On the "projects add/edit" page and on "material usage" page would be great to have the ability to select multiple lines and then bulk delete. This would save a lot of time as BOMs are frequently updated, and manually reviewing the list material by material to ensure nothing is missing or extra will certainly lead to errors.
Another option (only applies in the project add/edit page) could be that when importing a new CSV file, it replaces the one already uploaded rather than appending it.
