General trigger for when a project is 'saved' regardless of what has changed

Hi, (love the workflows feature by the way)

We use the 'project created' trigger to communicate with our internal systems. It saves polling and a bunch of inefficiencies on both sides.

However, we also need to perform internal actions when a project is updated (in some cases, regardless of what has changed).

So, it would be great to have a generic 'project updated' trigger. No conditions necessary, just the actions.
