Our jobs are (i.e. BP26/0001 etc) so we would like to keep that format as it has been this way for almost 30 years. We don't just want to have it as BP260001, which is our only option with WG at the moment.
I don't usually touch this area, but with me being the first back from our Christmas break I wanted to ensure the project numbering was changed before anyone else returned & started setting up jobs.
I originally put BP26/ in the Project Prefix & then tried putting the 0001 for the next project number & this is when I found the issue as the zeros dropped off when I hit 'save'.
Apparently we have to put BP26/000 in the prefix box & then 1 in the project number to make it work how we would like, then change it at job 10, 100 & 1000 to keep our formatting consistent. This is not ideal.
Would it be possible to allow leading zeros in the 'Next Project Number' box as this would permanently fix the issue?
