The current quote document templates allow for very "functional" basic output due to limited tempalte functionality.

The standard of document output could be signifgican'ty improved if additional functionality could be included in the doucmetn template.

Features to consider:

  1. bullet points
  2. conditional formatting
  3. calulated fields
  4. field formatting

Whilst working on this module (and it's kind of related to quotes) could we get more fields that can be pulled from Leads, please. For example, in the WorkGuru templates, Lead Summary, I would like to be able to add a list of the quotes which are associated with the Lead, essentially like the bottom part of the Lead form:

Thanks,

Mark

Please add access to other fields, in particular:

  • [QuoteOptionsTotal]
  • [QuoteOptionsTotalTax]
  • [QuoteOptionsTotalIncTax]

This will complement:

  • [QuoteProductOptionsTotal]
  • [QuoteProductOptionsTotalTax]
  • [QuoteProductOptionsTotalIncTax]
  • [QuoteTasksOptionsTotal]
  • [QuoteTasksOptionsTotalTax]
  • [QuoteTasksOptionsTotalIncTax]

so we can have a summary at the end of a quote. Currently there is no way to get an "Options Total".

Thanks,
Mark ...

Triplenine’s has found the current quote templates are functional but insufficient for the complexity of our projects.

The limitations require manual intervention, create inconsistency, and increase the risk of commercial and contractual ambiguity.

Enhancing template functionality will improve accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in our quote outputs, increasing our confidence in the documents we are producing as we begin to implement WorkGuru into our business.
