Hi team, currently, there is no notification when emails (POs and invoices) fail to deliver.
This creates delays as users assume emails were received when they weren’t.
A bounce notification or delivery status (sent/delivered/failed) would help identify invalid email addresses early and ensure important communications reach suppliers and clients. It would help the client keep their database updated while still using WorkGuru to continue sending transactions from the system, instead of exporting and sending it from their emails just to ensure they are getting receipts/delivery notifications.
