As per support ticket #2677 - when allocating a 'to do' to a user, this should appear in their calendar in ops hub. - the allocated users for the header task should also be able to view this in their calendar and see who has been allocated the task so that nothing slips through and managers/team leaders can follow up 'to do's' with individuals for outstanding items - the 'to do's' and tasks should also have more information as multiple projects/jobs may have the same task. Without knowing the overall project the task/to do belongs to, displaying this is sort of pointless. example you might have 20 jobs running and 15 tasks of development with 12 outstanding to do's of development management sign off. Someone has to then click onto each one to find the project info - finally if there are job templates available but the alignment is different then you cant add users as a template to 'to do's' this creates way more work instead of managing a project and making changes the set ups become cumbersome and timely
