Hours Per Staff & Individual Staff View on Gantt Chart and Staff Schedule

Good day!

Is there a way to show the hours per staff members in the Gantt Chart and Staff Schedule and be able to move around the individual staff freely?

A client finds it hard to move around and allocate staff members when they are grouped together. I've attached some images below.
