Auto-Sync POs & PO Phase Filtering

I would like to suggest two improvements to our Purchase Order (PO) system to streamline our workflow:

1. Automatic File Syncing: When a file is uploaded to a Purchase Order, it should automatically upload to the Project files for easier access.

2. Phase Filtering: Similar to the materials logic, selecting a phase should filter the POs so that only those assigned and sent from that specific phase are displayed.

Currently, with multiple phases in our projects, we often have hundreds of POs grouped together. This makes it time-consuming to sift through and match up what has been sent. These changes would significantly improve efficiency in managing these documents.
