We would like to be able to generate a report or export data fields that are for existing recurring project templates.
The current report - Recurring Project by End Date Pivot report , pulls this data, it doesn't allow for all fields to be reported on. These fields are not custom fields.
Example of fields that need to be included:
- Client Purchase Order
- Project Group
- Project Manager
- Template notes
I can also extract data to csv/pdf file from the Recurring Project Templates dashboard listing, but this only shows very limited data.
The reason for this information, is that we would like to be able to check the data within these recurring projects, without going into each one to view.
Also - as a means of checking what recurring projects will be created and if there are any notes/ important details that we need to review prior to the creation date.
NOTE: I did add this as a ticket #27727 (for further clarification and screen shots) but because it is not available in the current report, WG suggested that I request through forum to have this released.
