When a receipt is uploaded via the WorkGuru mobile app and flows through EzzyBills to create a Purchase Order in WorkGuru, the resulting PO does not display a “Created By” user in the Recent History section (see attached screenshot).
We have raised this with EzzyBills, requesting that they tag the user who uploaded the receipt, based on their WG login and devic, to populate the employee name field in EzzyBills.
Would it be possible to implement a similar solution in WorkGuru, so that the user who uploads the receipt via the app is reflected in the “Created By” field on the PO?
This would significantly improve traceability and accountability across the process.
